Open Enrollment

OPEN ENROLLMENT PERIOD for 2025-2026 School Year

Cornerstone's open enrollment period for the 2025-2026 school year is February 1 to March 31, 2025. To be eligible for kindergarten your child must be 5 years old by September 1, 2025. Children turning 5 years between September 2 and December 31 may be eligible for early acceptance to Kindergarten. See the Enrollment Process page for more information.

Application Forms received by March 31, 2025 for children entering grades K-6 will be eligible for the lottery to be held on April 7, 2025.

Download the form to your device, complete and save the document, then attach it to an email and send to enroll@cornerstone-elementary.org. You may also print the application form, complete the paper copy and mail to CMES.
